Responsibilities:
 Deliver outstanding customer service to staff and visitors
 Ensure that the environment and service is truly excellent and beyond expectation
 Promote the client, tenants other service providers positively to all you come in to contact with,
throughout the customer journey
 Be flexible and adaptable to all tasks or challenges
 Be highly presentable, accountable; take responsibility and ownership for any tasks identified or
allocated
 Ensure all contact, be it internal or external; by telephone, face to face or any other medium; is clear,
courteous, polite, professional and respectful
 Ensure complete client/tenant/other service provider confidentiality; protecting people and information
is paramount
 Appropriate use of access control and any other electronic management system, and completion of
reports and documentation in a timely fashion
 Be familiar with all Security and Emergency procedures on site and assist in the facilitation of their safe
execution and practice. There may also be a need to become a fire marshal and first aider if applicable
all training will be provided
 All Assignment Instructions / Operations Manual or Standard Operating Procedures are to be reviewed,
understood, and followed
 Embrace and deliver the bespoke training requirements, specific to contractual obligation or regulation
 Completion of rostered duties and all associated tasks or responsibilities to the highest possible
standard
 Ensure that all Health and Safety and Environmental procedures are followed and do not undertake
any activity which could breach the SIA or other relevant regulations
 To act with integrity and in the best interests of the company in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner
 To be resilient to working in the most sensitive environments, always dealing with any conflict with a
respectful and empathic approach
 Be prepared to manage a wide variety and diversity of scenarios, people and challenges
 Assist in the induction, development, or ongoing training of new team members across the disciplines
where appropriate
 Act in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures and our Code of Conduct

CONCIERGE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Welcome and assist staff, clients, tenants, and visitors to the premises in a warm and courteous
fashion maintaining excellence as a standard throughout the customer journey
 Work with all colleagues to ensure the integrity of security on the site
 Early identification and mitigation of any threats to persons, premises, or property, escalating where
appropriate to do so
 Have an outstanding knowledge of the premises (inside and external) and able to assist staff, clients,
tenants and visitors with their queries
 Develop and maintain positive relationships with all staff, visitors, tenants, service providers and clients

 Have good knowledge of the local area to be able to answer queries regarding local transport links or
services in the area for example.

 Physically able to conduct all responsibilities associated with the roles documented
 Ability to work to instruction and on your own initiative where required
 Computer literate and confident with the use of Microsoft Office programmes
 Demonstrate an awareness of security threats which remain relevant and up to date in the context of
the current environment
 Flexibility in regard to working practices, hours and responsibilities.
 Either a current and valid SIA license
 Enhanced communication, listening and customer service skills or the ability to train, obtain, retain and
develop further in this field.
 First Aid at work or the ability to train and retain this qualification
 Operation of CCTV/access control communications in an appropriate manner where required
