Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service to staff and visitors
Ensure that the environment and service is truly excellent and beyond expectation
Promote the client, tenants other service providers positively to all you come in to contact with,
throughout the customer journey
Be flexible and adaptable to all tasks or challenges
Be highly presentable, accountable; take responsibility and ownership for any tasks identified or
allocated
Ensure all contact, be it internal or external; by telephone, face to face or any other medium; is clear,
courteous, polite, professional and respectful
Ensure complete client/tenant/other service provider confidentiality; protecting people and information
is paramount
Appropriate use of access control and any other electronic management system, and completion of
reports and documentation in a timely fashion
Be familiar with all Security and Emergency procedures on site and assist in the facilitation of their safe
execution and practice. There may also be a need to become a fire marshal and first aider if applicable
all training will be provided
All Assignment Instructions / Operations Manual or Standard Operating Procedures are to be reviewed,
understood, and followed
Embrace and deliver the bespoke training requirements, specific to contractual obligation or regulation
Completion of rostered duties and all associated tasks or responsibilities to the highest possible
standard
Ensure that all Health and Safety and Environmental procedures are followed and do not undertake
any activity which could breach the SIA or other relevant regulations
To act with integrity and in the best interests of the company in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner
To be resilient to working in the most sensitive environments, always dealing with any conflict with a
respectful and empathic approach
Be prepared to manage a wide variety and diversity of scenarios, people and challenges
Assist in the induction, development, or ongoing training of new team members across the disciplines
where appropriate

CONCIERGE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome and assist staff, clients, tenants, and visitors to the premises in a warm and courteous
fashion maintaining excellence as a standard throughout the customer journey
Work with all colleagues to ensure the integrity of security on the site
Early identification and mitigation of any threats to persons, premises, or property, escalating where
appropriate to do so
Have an outstanding knowledge of the premises (inside and external) and able to assist staff, clients,
tenants and visitors with their queries
Develop and maintain positive relationships with all staff, visitors, tenants, service providers and clients
Have good knowledge of the local area to be able to answer queries regarding local transport links or
services in the area for example.

Computer literate and confident with the use of Microsoft Office programmes
Demonstrate an awareness of security threats which remain relevant and up to date in the context of
the current environment
Flexibility in regard to working practices, hours and responsibilities.
Either a current and valid SIA license
Enhanced communication, listening and customer service skills or the ability to train, obtain, retain and
develop further in this field.
First Aid at work or the ability to train and retain this qualification
Operation of CCTV/access control communications in an appropriate manner where required
