Working within this flagship building and prestigious environment in central Hammersmith you will support the
delivery of a truly exceptional customer journey for both staff and visitors. To achieve this, you will be/become
well versed in the processes and practices of a Concierge and Security professional. Excellence in customer
service will be at the heart of the role. You will be part of a well drilled security operation.
Taking ownership of the Security Front of House operation, you will support the Security Manager in the day-to-
day management of the contract, driving high standards, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
You will lead by example, take ownership of tasks through to completion and proactively identify opportunities to
enhance both the customer experience and security service.

Front of House & Customer Experience
• Deliver an exceptional Front of House, Concierge and Security service, ensuring every visitor, tenant and colleague receives a professional, welcoming and secure experience.
• Take ownership of the Front of House operation, maintaining the highest standards of presentation,customer service and operational excellence.
• Work in close partnership with the third-party Reception Team and Reception Manager, championing aOne Team approach to deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, visitors and all service partners, acting as a professional
ambassador for both the Client and UniTrust.
• Provide accurate information on the building, facilities, local amenities and transport links.
• Manage visitor access, deliveries and loading bay operations where required.
• Resolve customer enquiries and service issues professionally, taking ownership through to resolution or
escalation where appropriate.

Security Operations
• Maintain the safety and security of people, property and assets, ensuring a safe, welcoming and compliant environment at all times.
• Operate CCTV, access control and other security systems in accordance with company procedures and relevant legislation.
• Respond effectively to incidents, alarms, emergencies and security threats, taking appropriate action and
escalating where necessary.
• Conduct patrols, identity checks, contractor management and investigations as required.
• Produce clear, accurate incident reports and maintain all operational records and documentation.
• Maintain an up-to-date awareness of security risks, industry best practice and current legislation.

Leadership, Ownership & Operational Support
• Support the Security Manager with the day-to-day operation of the contract, including administration,reporting, compliance, audits and service delivery.
• Provide operational leadership and decision-making in the Security Manager's absence, ensuring continuity of service.
• Take ownership of tasks, projects and operational issues through to completion, ensuring actions are delivered to a high standard.
• Support the induction, coaching and ongoing development of colleagues, promoting professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with Reception, Facilities, Cleaning, Catering, Maintenance and all onsite service
partners to maintain a safe, efficient and welcoming environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, customer experience and service delivery,
supporting the implementation of new initiatives and best practice.

Client Value & Continuous Improvement
• Take ownership of recording and evidencing the Security Team's social value activities, community engagement and value-added initiatives.
• Promote innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience, operational
efficiency and overall contract performance.
• Build trusted relationships with the client and stakeholders, supporting the successful delivery of contractual objectives and KPIs.


Compliance & Professional Standards
• Act with integrity, professionalism and discretion, maintaining confidentiality and protecting people, information and the client's reputation.
• Comply with all Assignment Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, Company Policies, Health & Safety requirements and SIA regulations.
• Complete all mandatory training and undertake First Aid, Fire Marshal and other site-specific responsibilities where required.
• Support internal and external audits, inspections and compliance activities, ensuring contractual and statutory standards are maintained.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties or projects, commensurate with the level of the role, to support
the successful delivery, continuous improvement and overall performance of the contract.
