Job Title: Dedicated Contract Support Officer
Rate: £14.80 on site
Contracted Hours: 16 shifts per month minimum.
Shift pattern: As requested so flexibility is essential over days/nights/weekends
We are looking for experienced, highly motivated Dedicated Contract Support Officers to work at on a client’s portfolio located in an iconic part of London.
Please note that if all contracted hours are not fully available on this contract, then you may be assigned shifts at any one of our corporate sites to fulfil contractual obligations. The payrate of the site worked on will apply. Shifts are between 8–12-hour duration covering days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstading customer service to staff, students, and visitors. This is a fundamental aspect of the role
- Be very flexible as short otice shifts may be applicable
- Take a active interest in, and give commitment to the client
- Promote the cliet positively to all you come in to contact with, throughout the customer journey
- Be flexible ad adaptable to all tasks or challenges
- Esure all contact, be it internal or external; is clear, courteous, polite, professional, and respectful
- Esure complete client/tenant/other service provider confidentiality;
- Appropriate use of CCTV/access cotrol and any other electronic management system
- Be familiar with all Security ad Emergency procedures on site and assist in the facilitation of their safe execution and practice.
- All Assigment Instructions and Risk Assessments are to be reviewed.
- Esure that all Health and Safety and Environmental procedures are followed
- To complete ay other reasonable task as instructed by your line manager or other Senior Manager, either Unitrust or at the request of the Client.
- To support iternal and external audit processes from Unitrust Security

- Be prepared to maage a wide variety and diversity of scenarios, people and challenges

Security Specific Responsibilities:
- Welcome ad assist staff, clients, students and visitors to the premises in a warm and courteous fashion maintaining excellence as a standard throughout the customer journey
- Esuring that no unauthorised persons are permitted in prohibited areas
- Check idetity and credentials of all visitors.
- Early idetification and mitigation of any threats to persons, premises or property, escalating where appropriate to do so
- Compliace with clients’ systems such as Access Control and Elogs
- Respod to alarms, key control
- Spatial awareess when on Front of House positions
- Record details of ay suspected criminal activity on the premises (internal and external);
- Develop ad maintain positive interactive relationships with all vendors
